At 13 you do not need to use make-up for school but only on weekends or special occasions.
To make sure you are using make-up correctly, and the appropriate make-up for your skin and complexion, I suggest you attend a good, and reputable, modelling school where they will teach you properly. Most modelling schools run make-up courses separate from the full courses that they run.

Use light mascara over your top lashes only!
Use a light blue shadow, over your eye lids, or a colour that matches you outfit.
Put on some lip gloss, (no lip stick)
light blush, if your skin is pale.
Hope that helps
PS.
And foundation make-up to blend the skin and for cover up!

i'm 13 too && i just put a little mascara on the top && bottom lashes && a light eyeshadow. don't put to much mascara on you will look like a racoon. but that is all the make- up you need. don't use dark blushes or eyeshadows.

OK that's how i am too! So I should know this one. OK during spring try to stick with vibrant colors that compliment all your facial features. To make your make-up stand out wear light or neutral colored pants and tops. And wear capri's. Their in this season! Also try different products like covergirl and revlon.

I started out with black eyeliner on the bottom lid of the eye and then after you smudge a little bit. Then shiny lipgloss and I would put like a light pink and neuturals on and it was fabeau!

Light and fresh...No foundation unless you have problem skin, then find a blemish treting foundation that is a light textuer, maybe a tinted moistureizer. Use a soft blush for hilighting cheekbones, a little macara and lip gloss...No eyeshadow or dark blush...FRESH FRESH FRESH...Keep your youthful glow...
