say I activated it on phone number one. If i tried to activate it onto a new phone (phone 2) will it work? and if so, how could I do it?? please reply quickly!!!

you probably could but you may have to deactivate it from phone one but the proses to activate it would be the same

It should work correctly. Set the 2nd cell phone to find the bluetooth device, as you did for the first phone.

you can connect to several bluetooth devices at the same time.
you are better off to name your device something different than the factory default ( Motorola Phone, etc...) so you know what device you are transferring to or from.
