Always chocolate for me , I love it I can never get enough, I could eat it everyday if the guilt didn't get to me :O}

First thing you have to do is get real. If you have been overweight for some time, it is not in one week that you will shake it off. Even going on a hunger strike won't make you loose excess weight in one week. Now, that said, if you are serious about losing the extra pounds, start by avoiding carbohydrates and exercising regularly. Two weeks without any carbs or sugars will make you lose some weight. After that, start putting carbs back in your diet *slowly* and in small quantities. Keep the exercises going. Eat one third of what you normally eat (no matter how much you eat). Stop drinking alcohol (which turns into sugar). Drink lots and lots of water. And exercise (did I say that enough?). In 3 to 6 months, if you keep it serious, you will need a new wardrobe. Now, if that sounds "too difficult" and you are looking for an easy way out. Well, you can always perform one of those stomach clamps or by-pass surgeries. You will be thin as a stick in no time. Then go for lipo-suction and plastic surgery to get all the loose skin off completely. Chances of you dying are higher with this method and if you don't die, soon enough you will be putting on weight again (after all, you did not change the cause of the problem, just fixed the results). I am not sure how many times you can undergo the procedures but... I guess money talks and if you can afford it, surely you will find good Doctor$ that will accommodate your request. Just as a last comment: If you are doing this because you are going on a date, cancel the date and learn to love yourself for what you are before trying relationships. Just a thought...

I am absolutely addicted to chocolate! I love it in everything and anything. It's really too bad you can't drink pop :( A chocolate flavour shot in Rootbeer is the most amazing drink ever!

Fizzy drinks give me bad stomach ache coz I can't burp! I have to wait until it's gone flat before I can drink it, and chocolate doesn't sit there teasing me for ages.
