There are so many people who cannot show emotions and feelings very easily. Many times they are misinterpreted as being cold or unfeeling and pay the consequences when, all the while, they just want to be open and expressive like everyone else. Try to befriend her and know more her. Perhaps a lively friendship for you to know each other better.
