Pictures show the nut in question. I can't take off the rotor even after taking just about everything off. Any suggestions?

That does not need to come off.

The rotor is rusted to the hub.

Hit the backside of the rotor with a big board or something to knock it loose.

No need to remove the nut to remove the rotor. Most likely your rotor is rusted to the hub. Spray large amounts of penetrating oil around the hub and rotor center. Let set for a while then bump with a rubber hammer or something that wont damage the rotor. It will eventually loosen and come off.

That's not a nut. It's a cap that keeps the nut from spinning. It just pulls straight off and the nut is underneath. Some of those rotors come off the lugs without having to pull the whole hub off and some of them don't.

you do not have to remove that nut, that is the one that holds the cv joint in the hub. It looks like you have slip on rotors they are just stuck. Pull the brake calipers loose, and you may need to pull a bracket that hods the calipers, then slide the rotors off the wheel studs. You MAY need to lightly tap the rotor to do so.

you dont need to take it off just tap the back side of the rotor with a heavy rubber mallet if that doesn't work try heatining the center of the rotor with a small torch this will make it expand then tap it again till it pops loose dont need to get it red hot but this will work if nothing else
