Russia, primarily. Their economy is still in the pits and getting worse since the Putin dictatorship. Basically they need two things: 1) the money from the transfer and 2) continued ownership of the Iraqi oil wells (which Iran probably will have a strong influence on).

They will likely come from Russia, Ukraine, France, Germany, China, Inda, or Pakistan.
The US cannot teach others not to do what it does. Practice what you preach. America has many nuclear plants and missiles. How can it possibly hope to impose a limit when it doesn't respect limits for its own states and territories?

It's really strange how a few years back it was fine for the US to sell weapons/equipment to iran????
This is real irony. The fact that you can't see the contradiction in whats happening today.
My guess is that the UK and US will be involved in the contractors somewhere along the line!
