I have a 95 Chrysler Towne and Country and the key will not turn in the ignition. The steering wheel is not locked up so I've already tried that. What else could the problem be please.

The switches go bad. If you don't have another key to try you'll just have to buy a new switch. Don't let anyone try to replace it who doesn't know what they're doing. You have to pull the steering wheel and you can set off the airbag if you mess up.

On my 92 Chry minivan, had to replace the ignition switch about 200k miles.

If you have a spare key, try that. As the keys wear they become thin & the groves become smooth.

Wrong key?

Aside from that, there's not much to say.
