14 years is old for a radiator. It's probably 2/3 clogged up. A new one only costs $100 so I'd replace that. It's not the thermostat and I don't know why anyone would tell you to replace the oil pump.

It sounds like when it is under load it heats up. It may be low or the wrong anti-freeze, water pump, thermostat, clogged radiator, fan, belt, sensor, leak, old hose, or ?
Have the dealer do a pressure check if non of those are wrong. He will see if there are any service warnings about the cooling system. Ps. Try putting on the air conditioning next time it get hot and see if the fan comes on.

Try doing the easiest and cheepest first. Check the coolant level, check to see if cooling fan is working, put in a new thermstat, or water pump. You could even have a slight clog that doesnt allow proper circulation of your coolant. Try getting your cooling system flushed. If none of this works, I would advise taking it to a professional.

It is a problem with the cooling system. Check the coolant level in the radiator. You really should get a book on basic car repair. Good luck.

Sounds like a blown cylinder head gasket, have it checked, quickly, before you do major damage.
