That's 6 this year already. But gawd forbid A-ROD make one, you'd hear boo's on end. Are Yankee fans that bad ?

Yankee fans are ridicules they will boo A-Rod to death and not anyone else. booing A-Rod only makes his problem worse. they give numerous underserving curtain calls.
maybe the worst fans in baseball. they use to be considered classy.

As a Red Sox fan and a fan of the game, I tip my cap to a man that was part of a team that won 4 championships (give credit where it is due).
The question should be would you want Derek Jeter at the plate in a tough situation when you need a hit or a runner. As a Sox fan, I would not mind Derek Jeter. For those who say A-Rod should be at short, you may be right. But remember this, for all those who say he is far from the best SS in the league....I put him behind only Jose Reyes. The man is a winner BOTTOM LINE.

The yankees fans put too much pressure on Arod because he is supposedly the best in the game. Jeter has played for the Yankees since before time itself. The fans cant expect him to be perfect all the time.

The man is far from being the best SS in the game, and has been far from that for a number of years. He was, in fact, miscast in that role when Rodriguez signed with the Yankees, but couldn't be bothered putting the team first.
The Yankees fans have always been that bad. But this year, so are the Yankees.

All I know is Arod should be playing SS. The so called captain cant even do what is best for the team, which is what being a captain is all about. Jeters giant head is great for Red Sox fans tho.

I will be honest,I HATE the Yankees!and yes their fans are that bad.Derek Jeter is good but I think A-rod should play short and Jeter 3rd.

Yes, in New York they love you or hate you. Early in his career Derek jeter was World Series champs so he gets a discount;A-Rod is criticized for everything. He changed his natural position and moved to 3rd base with no complaints and it hasn't been easy. I've got nothing but respect for him.

The fans in the Bronx are really a tough crowd. It's no wonder the players are so tense this year. I'd be too!
