The countries I can name on the top of my head are
Spain, Norway, Sweeden, Luxembourg, Lichenstein, Monaco, The United Kingdom, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Japan and there is more but in most countries Monarchs reign but not rule+

i believe monarhies can be aloud but just in the order that the people can make decision's them selves, bythe way there are 23 i think
