Coppertone has a wide assortment of protection . I like "Water Babies" if there is a lot of chlorine , it helps keep your tan from fading . Otherwise start out with a 50 SPF if you are out in the sun . It's better to be safe than sorry . That bad burn you get today - can mean skin cancer when you least expect it .

I usually get a sunscreen made from Anna Sui or Dior. Than in the morning till 12:30 you can stay in the sun -WITH sunscreen- than from 12:20 too 3:00 try to stay in the shade as much as possible because thats when the sun is the hottest and when most people get a sunburn.

"crystal" by swedish beauty or "hot tottie" by pro tan...they`re made for indoor tanning, but they`re great for outdoor as well, i use them for both!!! "hot tottie" is a tingle lotion, tho, so i wouldn`t recommend using it til u have a base tan, cuz it`s very powerful & u will get burnt!!! happy tanning!!!
