Okay, so my school is doing Pinocchio as our play. I'm Collodi (Jimminy) Cricket! But we only have one problem. During scenes we have to make the boy who's playing Pinocchio's nose grow. Remember this is during scenes everytime he tells a lie, so we can't change noses in between scenes. Does anyone have any idea of how we can do this?? Every idea helps! Thanks!

You could have him behind something and have his shadow cast on the wall.

Use spirit gum to place Velcro patches on Pinocchio's Nose. Glue the other part of the Velcro inside the the various noses. Then it is all up to placing the noses and blocking by the director to give Pinocchio the time and position to switch.

Something like an already-long (but collapsible) prop nose with a fine fishing line attached to the end. Have someone offstage gradually pull the "nose" out to its longest degree.
