Whats a better graphics card, NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE or NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS?

I would just go by the numbers and say that 7300 is but I have no idea, and if one is more, by how much?

7300GS of course! It's got a faster core clock, and it's got onboard memory.

The 7300 GS isn't very fast at all, but it's way better than the 6150 LE.
