I miss being able to go to bed whenever I wanted...now I have to be in bed early to get up by 5 am.

I miss having the time to just veg out - I just went back to work after a long illness and quite frankly I miss being able to stay home while everyone else goes to work - (I know shame on me-lol)

I miss having the time to see my friends on a regular basis. Now I'm lucky if we have time to see each other more than once a month. I have friends at work, of course, but I always want to be careful to seperate my work and personal life.

I miss having the time to relax. My husband is an NCO in the United States Army and he deploys for long periods of time. During his deployments, all I can do is worry and pray that he will make it home. When he is home, all I can do is dread the next deployment. I know it sounds silly, but that is life for an Army wife.

Since the birth of my nephew and his wifes' two children (1 and 4 months), I wish I had the weekend time to drive to Memphis and spend time with them. I am missing so much of their growing up time and they have no other family there. My Sunday commitments as Minister of Music make it very hard for me to get away.

I miss being independant. I have a daughter and a partner now so I have to think of them before me, and some days, I just wanna be selfish!
