pH + pOH = 14

pH = -log[H30+] = -log[1.7x10-3]
=2.77

pOH = 14 - pH = 14 - 2.77
= 11.23

So the pOH = 11.23

First, find the pH, then pOH=14-pH.
So pH = log 1/[H+] = 3 - Log 1.7 = 2.75 appx.
Then pOH=11.25 appx
