what is the safest way to self-abort?

i need to know the safeest way to preform an abortion myself or some way that i can make myself have a miscariage. i don't have enough money for an abortion but i am only 15. i need to know

Women have been aborting children for ages. Back before there was a medical procedure for it (Around the Civil War) slave women knew herbal preps that would cause an abortion. It was painful and the young women generally was sick for two to three days after that. The possibility of it failing to cause the abortion/miscarriage was very high.

Hi, are you really pregnant? 15 years is a young age to get yourself pregnant. was the situation so intense that you couldn't get some kind of protection. Call the guy- who is supposed to be the father. He ought to be responsible for this as much as you're. Talk it through with him. Talk with your mother. Let her know the problem. Tell her that it's a baby- it's a life. A new life and you definitely can't get it aborted. It would be murder. Don't abort the child. If your parents or anybody forces you, stand up for yourself. a girl could become a mother- and you have just become pregnant at the age of 15. If you didn't want this child, you should have gone for safer sex. or retained your virginity. I'm not saying that this is a punishment for breaking a law, but see it as the icing on the cake after that intercourse. i'm sorry if you still want to abort yourself. Unlike others I can actually believe you are asking this. I was in the same situation, but I was a little older. First of all, you don't want to try to self abort. It might harm you and it might not even work. There's a higher chance that you will end of up having to tell your parents because you'll get ill. The best thing you can do is go to your local planned parenthood. They can help you evaluate your options and help you plan an abortion if that's what you want. They can also help you with choosing a provider since there are some pretty bad ones out there. They can also help you with costs. One word of warning -- I think in most states to have an abortion you will need to bring an adult with you because of your age. This does not have to be a parent but can be an older cousin, sister or any relative. Do you have anyone you can trust to do this?

There is absolutely no way to safely self-abort. Please visit a Planned Parenthood or another clinic in your area -- they will be able to help you find the resources you need. If you can, please find an adult to talk to about this -- a counselor or social worker at school might be a good source to talk through your situation and options. If you try to self-abort, you could do permanent damage to yourself or even end up killing yourself. You're only 15 and may not want a baby now -- but you have a whole life in front of you and may at some point in the future.

To others on this board -- you're writing to a 15 yr old. To wish her harm or call her names isn't helping anything, and in fact is counterproductive. She is still a child herself, even though she has made a mistake like this. You could give advice without condemning her.

There is no safe way. In the days when abortions were illegal, many women tried to self-abort. Many women hemorraged to death, and were hurt or killed from the process. Those that didn't usually didn't have a sucessful abortion and ended up having the baby anyway.

Oh sweety... You're so young. You had sex and you need to take responsibility for your actions. It's not just a bad consequence like, choosing not to study for a test and getting a bad grade. You had sex and now you have this little life inside of you, a little human being that needs YOU to take care of it. Just for 9mths and you can give it up for adoption. You could just hand the baby to someone at the hospital, post office, or any government building and they would take care of it no questions asked.
I know you're young and you're scared. I would be too, to be honest, you can do it! They're are PLENTY of places that are willing and able to help you and the baby. Everything from counseling, to prenatal care, to adoption placement. There are many more options than abortion. There is NO safe way to self abort. So don't even try that. Just be brave, talk to your parents. They're your PARENTS, they love you unconditionally. They might be disappointed, but they'll still love you and they'll help you do what's best for you.
What about the baby's father? Have you spoken to him about what he wants to do? You have SO many options! Don't be too rash and don't jump to conclusions.

Why can't ppl on this forum answer a question about abortion w/ out being a huge asshole. Who made you all so damn perfect. You ppl are the first to point a finger and that last to offer help. How many of your pro-life bitches have adopted a child (yeah not too many)...so unless you're a foster parent or a child welfare worker just shut the hell up (unless of course you have something helpful to say).

Can you self-abort (possibly), but you should not do it yourself. You can get an infection...you can even die. Check out Planned Parenthood they can give you info about abortions in your state. They can get you information about funding also. Some states don't require you to notify your parents to have an abortion, but I would strongly advise that you talk to them if you feel comfortable. I doubt they'll be as upset as you imagine. Whatever you decide make sure you're safe and please don't try and give yourself an abortion (leave that to professionals).

please don't do this= an abortion in a clinic is unsafe enough let alone trying to abort yourself. I realize you are only 15- I have a 15 year old daughter myself- if she was pregnant I would encourage her to carry her child and place for adoption.

An abortion of any kind is not safe- it has many physical and emotional risks- I know that many will tell me that I have no right to tell anyone what to do with their own body- however you are taking the life of someone other than yourself,and here are some of the risks to to you-
excessive bleeding, torn uterus, damage to other internal organs- miscarriages later when you are ready to parent, higher risk of not getting pregnant and breast cancer-
You may think that this is a quick way out however it is not. I will pray for you, because I know that you are at a place you wish you were not at- however remember that this is a life long decision, not one that will be over in a few days.

15 is way to young to be having sex period but I will tell you that I am 100 % against abortion or self aborting any child every child is born for a reason. What if your mom self aborted you? I think that you will die if you try any form of self abortion. I think that you need to seriously seek help.
