Are you trying to cheat, or do you just need the questions?
Ask her to type up the questions for you. Give her a dollar or two for her time. Then when you get to school you can copy your answers to the original homework sheet.

What your trying to do is cheat, and she realizes that's wrong and you should too.
Next time, don't turn your paper in late, it's that simple. It may seem like she's the enemy, because she's not helping you, but you have to realize that by her saying no, she's helping both of you in the long run. Imagine if you guys got caught, then you guys would both fail the paper and possibly be suspended.
She's a real friend because she's saying no, you should be glad you have someone that cares about you.

My daughter and her best friend help each other out. There is a limit. She nearly copied word for word my daughters project info because she did not have much to go on.Her project should have been reworded in her own words..Cant you ask your friend for an outline of the work that you are meant to do?At least it wont be her work that you are copying..She might be scared of getting in to trouble .Or ask someone else

You should do your own work and not ask this of your friend. It is wrong and it may get them in trouble. Some schools have strict policies on plagiarism.

No, you are wrong. You are trying to use her to cheat. She is right not to let you use her paper. Why should you get credit for her work? You deserve to get a bad grade.
Your values are all screwed up.

i does no longer ask them for it, in the adventure that they in no way repaid, notwithstanding it should be the courteous project for them to do. in the adventure that they in no way pay off which could talk volume in words of their personality, the degree they value your friendship and their factor of duty. will be a red flag that they don't look to be a real buddy
