I think it is called something like, "Who You'd Be Today" and I think Kenny Chesney sings it. Not sure about all that though.
The thing is, it makes me cry because it talks about all the things about a person who apparently passed away years ago, and it wonders what they would be like now if they were still around.
This hits close to home because my best friend's sister died years ago and they were SOOOO close. We cry every time we hear it, especially at the part that says about "what would you name your babies?" It gets us every time.
