i am 15 years old, exercise all of the time, and i don't eat very unhealthy but i am still a little bit overweight in my stomach and around my shoulders what should i do to lose those unwanted pounds

You are fooling yourself someplace. If you were eating healthy, that also means not too much, and exercising all the time you wouldn't be writing this question. Excercise doesn't count unless it gets your heart rate 20-25% above normal for at least 30 min three times a week. As far as eating, depending on your height you may only need 1500 calories a day. Write down everything, and I mean everything, you eat and drink during the day. You may find that you are not eating as healthy as you thought.

what me and my family do is eat healthy and dont eat junkfood thats your problem... just walk two miles everyday.. it helps and get some weights and then all that fat will burn into some real iron muscles.... then you can say this is mostly muscle not no fat and it takes weeks to really see impproovment
