I'm bored and i have a pack of cards. I'm bored of playing solitaire and clock patience, please, where can I find another good card game to play on my own?

If you get one of those books of card games, then there are dozens of solo games you can play.

There is a game called cover up. You reveal one card at a time like this:

* * * *
(* representing each card)

While flipping, look for two cards that are the same rank, for instance, a jack and another jack. When you see that, flip the next two cards over the cards that are the same rank. Then, if you don't see another two cards with the same rank, continue with the original format. The Goal is to keep flipping cards over until the deck runs out. If the deck runs out, you win. However, if you complete the format (have all of the 8 cards different without having any pairs) you lose. It's a game of luck. Sorry if you think that this is boring.
