if blacks gave american; jazz- rock -blues -spirituals -soul and hip hop then why are thay so poor?

I hate to say this and some might disagree but blacks created those types of music but whites took it and made it theirs. For example Carl Perkins recorded Blue Suede Shoes first, some time later Elvis Presley recorded the same song and got paid more off that song than Perkins did.

Under the times Jazz, blues, soul was lets say created, blacks where under a lot of racial hate and there was a lot of segregation etc… that really limited them (very much a shame).
Under the times of Hip Hop, rap (both of which are garbage music) blacks that are singing and in the industry are getting rich.

If you look again, the things you mentioned is music. The people who wrote them during those days were writing the music for their own pleasure, they were not saying to themselves "goody, now I can copyright this score and make my millions, woo hoo. Lol
Many songwriters shared the same fate as them, they all sold their music to the record companies. Nobody knew at that time that the whole world would end up liking their music.

Best believe they created alll of them!!! well sort of by using mixxed from careebean( who r black) and some dixieland music they made jazz, rocks wat inspired by jazz too, blues , spiritual, and soul was also created by blacks wit som inspiration from the caribean too..again they r black (and so am i by the way)...and hip hop was def created by them..........i dont like this question anyways......u sound like youre hating...wait i dont like u either you are sayin blacks are poor....im black and i came to this country 5 years ago and immediately started livin in a million dollar house in a great surburb so.............shush! oh and dont let me catch u askin questions like this again young man!!!
