Women of the upper crust wear whatever they want whenever they want to. However, since you're unsure, I'd suggest you go with what the weather is. The only hard and fast rule of shoes is that you never wear white shoes until May, regardless of the weather. And you never wear white shoes after September. So, to answer your question, you can wear sandals as long as they aren't white.

Yes, most definitely. How do I know that? Because I am in Atlanta for training right now. I am originally from Arizona and always bring my sandals with me, glad I did, there are some rainy days but for the most part the weather is great!!

I live near there and I wear them nearly year round Bring them ! If your not too sure bring a back up pair. But with as crazy as its been this past week Ive been in flip flops and just fine and I'm a woman in metro Atlanta area.

Play it safe. Ask another guest they had invited, or the bride, if you happen to chat with her. Ask her " Whats the weather there , warm enough to wear my Manolos?
