heres a good answer bro. a honda civic any year from 92-95 will be good. i went with a really cheap solution i have a 95 civic dx coupe. i bought a B16A engine which come out of the EARLY crx's , del sol's and also the new 2000 SI honda civics. i built the block up like racing pistons racing gears. which doesnt cost too much then at the end i slapped a turbo on it and i run 25 psi. im pushing 430 horsepower to the wheels with only about 5 grand total / buying the car and everything.

NONE. No cheapest parts will make a pretty decent street car. Define cheap parts...are you willing to spend over $100 or more? If you want a best street car, you need to sacrifice an arm and a leg to buy a best quality and dependable, reliable parts. If you buy something cheap, it will not last long and you will end up paying more than buying the expensive parts on the first place. Think about it and be wise about your choices-PRIORITIZE!!! Get the parts that you need mosts to make your car looking-like a street car then, gradually working the second most parts...you know the rests!!!

Ask yourself this: Do you want to look like a f*g in a riced out econobox, or do you want a real car? Even if you had a civic with over 400hp, I promise it won't last very long and requires alot of tuning and maintenance to keep it on the road. As for gas mileage..what gas mileage? And honestly, riced hondas look extremely gay. No one on the road thinks your cool because you dumped a shitload of money into your otherwise great running honda. And when you go to sell it the only people that will be interested in your gomer mobile will be 16 year old pre-pubescent boys, mexicans, and fat pizza delivery guys with small penises. If you wanted a 'street car' and you have a civic, accord, etc, you made a poor choice. Just leave it stock and enjoy it for what it is: reliable, cheap transportation. I also can't think of many girls over the age of 15 that dig guys in rice mobiles. The S2000 is probably one of the only examples of a respectable street machine.

Depends are you looking to have, a faster car or a good looking car. (or both) Body kits look great but do little . As do LED's window stickers neon crap for your dash. Cold air intake, larger exhast help but you don't see them really. A Turbo to get your car to go.
