Yes, you can. But you'll need a strong rope--
the wind is blowing like crazy out there.
Forgot to ask about size and color of your flag,
but my house is a neutral so it should look fine.
And the wind will allow it to show its true colors.
So how long you thinking? Awhile can be a short or a long time. The neighbors might have to approve if it's going to be there long.
