Private limos are for the stars who want privacy, and don't want to be mobbed by their fans. They like the mystery and they want to avoid the paparazzi that follows them around.
Funeral limos are a different story, no body cares who is inside of them and the rides are usually very short and seeing the scenery might take your mind of the purpose of the ride. Good luck.

well...private limos are mainly used to let others see how rich, sexy and cool you are.
funeral limos are used mainly to let others see how rich, lonely and available you are.
the first type need dark windows, as they are perhaps doing activities that they choose to do without voyeurs, cops or cameras.
the second type desire the public and friends to view how sad and noble they are, just before consulting the investment counselors.
...please don't be upset. I'm only telling you the truth.
PS - In several New York and Hollywood funeral homes, tinted and smoked glass is available for a slightly higher fee, and is fast becoming the norm, especially amoung younger, attractive widows.

IN MOST INSTANCES THE 'PASSENGERS ' IN FUNERAL LIMOS DON'T CARE WHERE THEY ARE GOING.
