URGENT: I need a program to lower my 61,000 KB pic to 40,000?

It's a Bebo skin I am making... Please e-mail me if you can alter it for me without ruining much of its quality!

It kinda does belong here... I'm DESIGNing a skin & PROGRAMMING it into Bebo.

Plus, this IS urgent.

You can try using Paint which is already installed on your PC in the accessories.

Once opened in paint go to image on the menu and select stretch/skew . Instead of stretching the picture you are going to shrink it by placing the same percentage that is less than 100% in both the Verticla and Horizontal boxes.

You can then save the picture in one of several formats under a new name.

you're so incredibly (and that i'm no longer a splash perv haha), and that i in simple terms had to assert that previously i answer your question. besides, i individually think of that your eyes are suitable and which you shouldn't get contacts which will little doubt make you, as they do actually everyone else, look truly creepy and pretend. i think of which you have have been given already made up your suggestions, so i think of you will desire to bypass with a hazel greenish shade. even a diffused blue could look severe high quality as a results of fact of your epidermis and hair. despite the fact that, in case you do no longer desire to look rather unnatural, so stray removed from the colors like ice blue which will look sort of frightening...

Several things to try:

1) Reduce physical size / vertical / horizontal resolution

2) Reduce number of colors

3) Reduce quality of JPEG if it is a JPEG
