I try to get myself under control. If i cant, i cry. In despair, I pray to my greatest ally, Jesus Christ.

I go to the driving range and hit golf balls like Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore! It's a lot of fun, and people think you're crazy, so always take a fun and crazy friend along! It'll cheer you up in no time and have you laughing hysterically!

I cry. That makes me feel better instead of keeping everything bottled up inside. Recently there was a time when the tears wouldn't stop flowing coz I was going through a really tough time and I just cried and cried. I'm glad to say that I'm feeling much better now.

I usually take long drives, to clear my mind. It always works for me. I use to work out also, but not to the point of exhaustion, just a little.

Take a holiday with close acquaintances (to have exciting) or via your self (to replicate and making plans for the destiny). rigidity would be there until you cope with it. the only answer for that's to relax. bypass to a spa, sea coast, or in simple terms take an afternoon without work.

Go to my room and write depressing poetry... if it's REALLY bad (hasn't been like this in awhile), I'd lock myself in there and cry... if it's at school, I'd just listen to the teacher and get myself more depressed.
