Why is gas pressure zero at absolute zero?

Gas pressure is measured by how many times a molecule hits the side of the container. At absolute zero the molecules have zero energy and aren't moving so that means they can't be hitting the side of any container.

Gas pressure is caused by molecules hitting the walls of the container it is in. At absolute zero, the molecules aren't moving, so they can't be hitting anything!
