I know this sounds very elementary to you guys, but I was wondering how I would say these two units in words?

Like when I am talking to a doctor about my test results: "This chemical is measured in ........."

pmol is a picomol, pronounced peekomol.
So it's a "peekomole per litre" and a "peekogram per millilitre".
