water is an acid or base depending on its enivronment it is placed in.

water is acts like a base when mixed with acid like H3PO4

H2O(l) + H3PO4(aq) <===> H3O+(aq) + H2PO3-(aq)

water acts like an acid when mixed with an base like NaOH

H2O(l) + NaOH(aq) <===> OH-(aq) + H2O(l) + Na+(aq)

No. Water is neutral.

You can split water into an H+ and an OH- though, and those are strong acids and bases. Remember that water is a byproduct of a acid/base reaction.

Yes indeed. But it also has an OH and can be classified as a base. The overall effect is a neutral solution.

Pure water has an equal number of H+ and HO- ions. Thus, it is neither acid nor base.

I even have been in Angels Stadium, Dodger Stadium, Yankee Stadium, Petco Park and however the call is of that sauna in Miami in pink Sox kit. anybody treats you with appreciate/ignores you, different than the yank followers. there is in simple terms too lots history there. It makes it exciting. As on your journey, i ought to on no account comprehend why a Yankee fan could take place at Fenway for a pink Sox--Tigers pastime in Yankee kit. placed on Tiger kit for Heaven's sake. of course you would be the main loathed guy or woman in the park. honestly wearing a Yankee hat in the city of Boston isn't the brightest of strikes as a regular count.
