Molar is a way of measuring the concentration of a substance in a liquid.

Imagine you had a few different glasses of lemonade, each with a different amount of sugar. You could taste the diffeence in the sweetness, but how would you measure it?

A 1 molar solution is one mole of a substance dissolved to make 1 liter of solution. You might need to look up some of these words if you do not know what a mole is.

A molar solution has 1 mole of solute dissolved in a litre (a cubic decimetre) of solution.

Molarity is the number of moles dissolved per litre in this way, but a "molar solution" means "1 molar".

Perhaps molarity is the term you seek. It is the concentration of a solution based on the number of moles of a substance in solution with 1L of solvent. A moles of substance is its formula mass in grams. Hope this helped.
