Hi

It is not possible to break the butt per say but you could strain the muscle or bruise or damage your coccyx which could feel like the same. I would have the checked out a doctor, just to be safe..

Is it possible to break your butt? Yes. Your butt, as you call it, consists of your Glutus Maximus (Not only the largest muscle in the body but also the soft part you sit on) and your tail bone . While as it is not possible to break your backside, it is muscle after all, your tail bone can indeed be broken.
The tail is the short stump which eminated from the base of your spine. Hard to say why we have it, its anyones guess I suppose:)

You can break the sacrum and/or coccyx.

yes, at least the tail bone called the coccis. it hurts like hell!
