Don't you just hate?

People who seem to always have a c0cky attitude about them?..... it's not just males who act c0cky lol..... let me know your views?

Confidence is sexy, overconfidence is annoying especially when most people who are overconfident have no real basis for their way of thinking.

I can't stand c0cky attitudes...I try to stay away from people like that or if I am in a situation where I have to be around one, I converse very little.

Now we do have one friend that is close to being c0cky; he's hard to explain. He's full of confidence and sweetness, he'd give the shirt off his back for a friend, but his confidence is so close to c0ckiness or conceit. I can take just so much of him lol

Eh, I try to keep in mind that I could be mistaken in how I think someone is acting. They might seem cocky but they might actually just be preoccupied, thinking about something else. They might be insecure.

Reminds me of how I used to think this one guy acted superior and looked down on me. Then I found out that he wasn't wearing the glasses he needed and actually could not see all that well. So what I thought was a cocky expression on his face was just his being oblivious and unseeing.

Besides, people who think they are better than the rest of us miss out on a lot.

According to dictionary, the Definition of the word you've used is: Self Assertive or Self-Cofident. And I think those're extremely ADMIRABLE qualities. But I think what you meant to say is if we hate Unreasonably Arrogant people ? Right ? Oh Boy, you bet I simply hate them- and do you know what more I hate ?? When such people don't even see their own faults Or acknowledge it but go & accuse others. Isn't this ANNOYING ?? Boy, I bet it almost goes to my nerves & sometimes to head too. And I wonder where INTEGRITY has gone these days ?? Do such people ever learn ?? Do they ever learn to be humble ?? Do they ever get rid of their blame game attitude?? Wouldn't it be REALLY nice if they ACKNOWLEDGE their own mistakes/ weaknesses, learn from them and change them ?? It would definitely make them better person though !!!!

Oh my gosh yes, at first i just find it funny cuz i lol usually mistake it for a joke you know, like that person is acting like that cuz he/she is actually mocking the people who are in fact really like that cuz i usually cant believe they are being serious lol..but...with time lol when i realize that they actually are like that themselves and they really mean all the over-confident and know-it-all things they say....and honestly i have to say, i would ask them if they really mean something when they say it cuz i know deep down there MUST be a reason for them to act that way, right? Or anyway, thats what i hope and i try to figure out what it is so as to point out to them that they dont need to put on a front with me...but it usually doesnt work lol. And so yeah it does bother me alot actually.

I have learned that we all get our moods. The difference is that some people push their troubles on to others. Even in the worst moments of pain we all should reserve the desire to punish the people close to us.

Cocky is ugly but confident is not. There is a fine line here that some people just can't seem to see.

I don't hate them. At times I have had a cocky attitude too.
However, it's pretty hilarious to see people acting like that(including me). Just laugh at it.

No I don't hate c0ckyness! I think in care-full moderation its a sexy trait! But anything can be over-done so I wouldn't suggest anyone having this be their storngest trait! TeeHee♥
