It is not a matter of sincerity - as in does he believe in what he is saying. He KNOWS what he is talking about, and is one of the few who has been able to translate eastern spiritual wisdom into a practical approach that is actually valuable to people in need today. The knowledge exists in every religious tradition, its just been watered down into nonsense and is essentially worthless.
