It's full of water. Don't try to start it till you get everything dried out. You'll need to drain the oil and probably the transmission fluid and differential several times to get all the water out. The gas tank could be full of water too.

Why were you going through a puddle at 60 mph? Are you TRYING to get someone killed? You pull crap like that and you will hydroplane like crazy, maybe you should try using safe driving habbits before you get behind the wheel of a vehicle again.

You probably got water in the intake, and soaked the distrobutor, usualy wont do nothing, but if you happen to have a crack in the distributor, it can do this. Spray some WD-40 on your distributor, and try to start it, probably gonna be a ***** to start and will likely die a time or 2, when it does, restart it, drive it carefully (Not that you know what that is) and the roughness should soon subside. Probably best to let it set overnight, but can be done now.

If you still cannot start it, have it towed to a mechanic, tell him you were a moron and drove through a puddle at 60 mph, and now it won't start, he won't need any more details.
