my husband and i seperated 2 years ago b/c i was gone in the military. I cheated on him w/ one man who i am still involed with and he cheated w/ 7different ladies. i am now back home and We live 2 seperate lives but neither one of us has filed for divorce and i cant get him out my head and he has lied and said he did but he has not done anything. and his current girlfriend looks better than me b/ ive gained some weight. what should i do and why do you think neither one of us has filed?

You two were definitely never meant to be so why wait for him, you file for divorce and get it over and move on. The courts dont really care who files and there is no special deal for whoever files first. If you two were in competition to see who could cheat the most, he definitely wins, but who cares. This marriage is over so just file and be done with it

You will have to answer the question about why you haven't filed. This does not sound like a good way to start over. File for divorce & move on.

Niether have filed because neither of you is grown up enough to take on any type of responsibilty or to make a committment. You both just threw around your marrigae vows like a wornout toy. Id expect one of you to file as soon as they meet the next "love of their life", that way they can remarry and screw that one over too.

if there's no kids involved get an uncontested divorce only 1 person has to show up he might get half your military benefits though
