how do i remove my Countax k14 ride on mower rear wheel as it wont budge?

Spray the heck out of it with some kind of penetrant and let it sit for a while.

Then, after making sure you have the retaining clip off the axle shaft pound on the backside of the tire.

It may be rust welded to the axle.

Also, make sure you don't loose the square key on the axle.
