There is an ABBA tape in my truck. I listen to it at least 3 times a day. See, she had it playing while I first met and fell in love with my 9th and final wife.

Music is so powerful. It embeds into our souls the sweet memories, and makes life fresh, over and over again.

Music is the opposite of government, as it inspires...gives and gives, yet asks nothing in return, ever.

The greatest benefactors of society are the artists and technicians who have made possible such fine talent.

Thank God I was a teen in the 60's.

I actually do this all the time....particularly when I'm trying to learn a particular tune or the lyrics of a song.

Sheet music isn't always accurate when it comes to chording so listening to the actual arrangement helps me play the song similar to the "original version!"

It's usually the tapes that snap or wear out long before the CDs do!

According to Laverne and Shirley.... I wore out the greatest make out music in the world 5 times. Johnny's greatest hits.

Johnny Mathis greatest hits . I bought the albums 33 1/3 3 times
I wore them out , the eight track and cassette both wore out in my car. I play the cd in my car now. every day.

No. I still have tapes and CDs from over ten years ago which I have listened to thousands of times.

Yes, if I really like it. Thanks to CD's they last a lot longer and you get much better sound.
