Body language is universal--and if you understand it and used in negotiations, it's only to your advantage! Nothing unfair in that!! I'm not that technical, but in watching a person's eye movements (re remembering vs. imagining) etc, you can spot an advantage and go for it!!! Bone up on it and get good at it and you can get the edge. Our eyes tell it all--but you have to know the positions--the portion of the brain that the eyes are following.
