Salary raise?

I work as an IT specialist/software developer in Nigeria for an American Company; my company offers training service for a major oil company here in Nigeria, I am Egyptian, and I think my Company meant to hire Egyptians to pay less, my salary is 2100$ per month, I speak Arabic, English and French, and have a Bachelors Degree in business administration, and also am a CIW E-commerce professional with 5 years experience
Should I ask for a raise or this is a reasonable salary?

sinceI have no idea what the cost of living is where you are or what the job situation is like.

Here in the us, a job with your salary in New York City, no one would even be interested.
In Detroit, where jobs are hard to come by and so many companies have closed,
you'd have dozens of people with your qualifications applying.
i know I have been no help, but you gave us something to think about.
