In my back porch through the door with no window LOL Under bushes, inside holes of trees, bird houses, under wood piles etc. Anyplace they can find someplace to hide really and why wouldn't this question be answered? It's cute LOL

Birds will just sit in the trees and watch the rain fall,remember feathers are waterproof and insulating.

They instinctly "take cover" where ever they can. Not necessarily just in trees. Some general places include: thick trees, shrubs, under benches, on porches, the little letters in like the "Albertson's" sign, anywhere. SO there is no particular answer! :-)

I think they sleep in their nests. In fact I am pretty sure that's where they sleep. The leaves and branches of the tree will give them shelter.

They're over at sackman9's house. We eat seeds, play cards, and drink beer all night. That's why I love the rain so much.
