Hey i really need to call someone in the USA I am UK based i'm not worried about the charges to me as i have MobileWorld will cost me about £0.05..

What i really need to know is will there be any charges made to the person i am calling all i know is she has a Verizon Cell phone don't know if that makes any differences.

If the person you are calling is on their home network then they should have no charges. If they are out of their home country then they will be charged for receiving the call. If you TEXT them then no charges for receiving

Most likely if you call her on regular business hours, she will have minutes deducted from her plan. Go to www.verizonwireless.com and check plans to get a better idea.
