For the price of the movie plus refreshments I want to see and hear ONLY what is going on on the screen. I absolutely hate when people start talking on the phone or text-messaging to one another because I think it is very disrespectful to the other people in the cinema. Due to the nature of my work I cannot turn my phone completely off, but it is always silenced and and I never answer it inside of the cinema.

Nope! Because that's grounds for removal from the cinema,there is a request before each show for everyone to turn off your cell-phones most cities have ordinance against the use of cell-phones in public areas etc. Library's , Theaters,Churches.

Yes. This one really annoys me. You'll be in the middle of a movie, very emotional scene, and a cell phone will ring. It is one of the rudest things ever.

Yes, that is rude and inconsiderate. Just tell them to turn off their off their phone or go outside because you paid your money to see the movie, not to listen to them talk.
