I would just get her some toys like a wheel and maybe one of those balls they can walk and roll in (if you haven't already). It may take a little time for her to get used to her new environment and yourself. Good luck.

we have had hamsters for 10 yrs now and even let them breed before. it sounds like u r doing a great job. if the hamster is a long hair hamster u can brush them with a toothbrush, they love that, however do NOT add another hamster to the cage. if they r same sex hamster they will fight til death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONLY way u can have more than one hamster of the same sex in the same cage is if they are siblings from the same litter, and even then they will fight as they get older. if u want to breed them the female only accepts the male for bredding , after that they fight as well. hamster gestation is only 16 days, and they can have up to 20 babies, and i agree with the previous person they r hard to give away. we bought the hmasterbooks at the petstores, u can also find a lot of information in there. we had 1 hamster live til ripe old age of 4 and my daughter just lost hers at age 3, so be prepared for their short lifeexpectancy as well, average unfortunately is only about 2 yrs......gl and enjoy her. they r great little pets

Be careful about adding another hamster. First make sure it's female- hamsters have a 16 day gestation period, they have very large litters and they're hard to give away.
Depending on what kind of hamster she is she might prefer to live alone.
It sounds like you're a very good hamster parent- sounds like she has a great environment.

I've never had a hamster before, but i bet if you let it out of its cage and play with it for about 10minutes a day, I'm sure it will be happier with you

wow! sounds like you take great care of her! I would suggest giving her some time out of the cage(even though her cage is big) and let her explore some place new. they like to chew on sticks, also a wheel would be nice to exercise on

Definetly get her another hamster. they can play together when you cant play with her. And you should play with her a lot. But not too much. She will get tired. And if she looks upset, give her some food or play with her.

Mine really liked that little plastic ball that
you put them inside so they could roll/walk
around on the floor.
But keep all dogs and cats away if you do this.
