The Christimas Eve one where Lois is forgiving of everyone who forgets to do what they're supposed to, Peter blows the house up etc and then loses it when Meg tells her there are no paper towels. It's absolutely hilarious.
My other favorite is when Stewie goes with Brian somewhere, I can't remember where. But it's just the two of them.

I don't know the name of the episode, but Stewie goes to London with Brian to find where a BBC kids show is being taped.

There is way to many to name, they are all pretty funny. I think if I had to pick one it would be the one where they are all sitting around the table drinking, and playing I've never. Quagmire, had like 50 beers in front of him. "I've never" is a great game. That way funny as hell.
The second one would have to be Peter fighting the guy in the chicken suit. That was a great fight.

all of the episodes are hilarious but i'll just name one of them.
'Perfect Castaway', because i love the part where he sings the christmas songs.
