whats happening to microsoft.com it looks weird and u cant download anything is this happening to any one else if yes do u know what it is?

I see nothing wrong with the site and I also have no problem downloading from there.
When you say it looks weord, what exactly does it look like?

They recently redesigned their homepage. You should update your browser...you might have some odd settings set up and an update would reset everything to the defaults necessary to view websites correctly. Try Windows Internet Explorer 7...available here or through Windows Update:
