That was when WJM was taken over by new management and to improve on the ratings, fired the entire staff except Ted Baxter, who was the real problem to begin with!
The last scene was touching as they all hugged each other, and ALL MOVED TOGETHER WHILE HOLDING THE HUG! lol singing the song "The Home Road (Tipperary Song)"

Who doesn't love The Mary Tyler Moore show?! I agree, the Chuckles the Clown episode is classic.

Yes! I loved the Mary Tyler Moore show! They don't even play the reruns where I'm at anymore. My favorite episodes are the one where she has a really bad hair day & the one where the clown dies & they go to his funeral & first Mary is laughing, then she starts crying & can't stop!
