It really depends. I love Family Guy and Futurama (and yes, I've been watching BOTH since episode one of their original airings, I'm not one of those people who jumped on the band wagon once Adult Swim starting showing re-runs....and yes, I DO love Adult Swim...but I digress)
They're both good, but for different reasons. Two different types of comedy, and watchability.
Family Guy hits you with quick jokes, a lot of times dirty, often dealing with some bodily function or another. It has the little separate bits they stick in...I refer to them as "flash outs" because they're not flashing BACK to anything, but they flash out of the story, make a joke, and flash back in. Family Guy episodes are the best the first time you watch them.
Futurama, on the other hand, is a BIT more intelligent with their jokes (I said a bit, and that's not ALL the time either, just on average). It's a straight story line and has a lot of witty jokes as well as one-liners. Their set-ups aren't as contrived as Family Guy's. Also, Futurama is better for repeated watchings, especially since you catch new things every time you watch, things you never noticed before because they're more complex and have hidden jokes.
While both are good, they're good for different reasons. But I love them both.

Every episode had me cracking up as Fred and Barney would get into all sorts of predicaments!

The Simpsons, South Park, and SpongeBob are definitely funny, but Family Guy makes me pee my pants!!!! (No I don't really pee my pants.)
