Okay i was reading the other posts.. The lyssie girl.. don't listen to her advice.. You don't put it where the pee comes out! That hole is too small!. You might find it more comfortable to stand and put one foot on the toilet seat. Read the instructions. Insert the tampon into your vagina (where you are bleeding from) it says hold the tampon with your thumb and middle finger. Push the tampon in until your thumb and middle finger are touching your body. Then use your index finger to push the tampon applicator in. Pull out. Make sure the string is hanging out enough to pull it out. If it is in the right spot when you sit down you won't feel anything. Remember to change at least every 4 hours. You don't want to leave it in too long. I recommend trying to use the slim tampons if you are still young. It also depends on how light or heavy your period is. Read the back of the box it should tell you. I find it more comfortable to use Playtex tampons rather than Tampax. Playtex has a plastic applicator and the tampon is more comfortable when expanding. Hope this helps!

I prefer non applicator tampons, but applicator tampons are good for beginners.
How to use a non applicator tampon
1. Unwrap tampon.
2. Push tampon into your vagina ((middle hole)).
3. Push up as far as you possibly can.
4. Sit down and if you can feel it inside you it is not inserted high enough ((although this is something new and it may feel a bit weird at first, but you will get used to it soon))
Hope this helps and enjoy your day with your friends xXx
