According to Wikipedia, Disney was very critical of the labor movement and felt that they were harboring Communists. He supposedly spied on them for the FBI and testified in Congress.
Because some of the labor leaders were Jewish, it was thought that he was anti-Semetic, but there is no verifiable proof of this.

Probably a load of rubbish. I have heard he was a communist, a Nazi and other things at different times. Just be happy he was Walt Disney and gave us films like Snow White, Dumbo and Bambi.
